Congratulations to VU International Migration and Refugee Law alumnus Ralph Groeneveld, who won the thesis award of the Dutch European Law Society (NVER) last week and yesterday also received the Hanneke Steenbergen thesis award for his thesis ‘The meaning of ‘protection in accordance with the Geneva Convention’ under Article 38(1)(e) EU Procedures Directive in the light of the safe country concept’.
