No registration costs:
To encourage wide and international participation in the conference from wide economic backgrounds, no fee will be charged for this conference. Registration will open 15 December 2023 on the conference webpage, which can be found on the acmrl.org website.
Travel and accommodation:
Grants are available to encourage contribution from colleagues working in Latin America, Africa and Asia. Please indicate your desire for consideration for a travel/accommodation grant when submitting your abstract. Grant recipients should book hotel and travel through our team at the VU makingrightsreality.rch@vu.nl. For other attendees, special rate hotels are available for booking at https://www.roomkit.nl/migration-2024. For applicants requiring a visa to travel to the Netherlands, we encourage you to submit abstracts and proposals early and we will expedite review of your abstract or proposal as soon as possible to allow time for visa processing.
