On April 6, 2023, at 15:45, Lieneke Slingenberg delivered her inaugural lecture, entitled ‘An exceptional state. On legality in migration law’.

It addressed the form and formation of rules in migration law, definitions of freedom, and the fundamental importance of legality.

The lecture will be published this Winter with Boom Juridisch.
